Every sponsored position in Black Circuit is data-validated. SIM scores, KPIs, and competition results determine who gets backed. The seat is not purchased. It is earned, then sponsored.
Apprenticeship
You do not learn by watching. You learn by doing. Members rotate through the shop, the hauler, and the track — welding, metalwork, logistics, race prep — building mastery from the inside out.
The progression is open-ended: Initiate, Steward, Guardian, Sentinel, Sovereign. There is no graduation date. You enter, master a domain, deploy into the world, and return to master another.
